Chordiant Software, Inc. is an enterprise software provider of solutions that automate operational business processes to meet the needs of service-driven organizations in Retail Banking, Card Services, Lending, Insurance and Telecommunications. Chordiant automates the end-to-end operational business processes that enable the business from the initial communications with customers through to the back-office systems, leveraging existing applications and processes to streamline your operations.

Business History
 
Chordiant Software was incorporated in May 1997, with roots in its US-based software integration business, J. Frank Consulting, which was founded in 1985. Its Initial Public Offering was in February 2000. Chordiant currently has 281 employees worldwide.

  • Retail Banking: Chordiant provides retail banking applications that orchestrate the operational business processes of retail banks to integrate core systems, product lines and communications channels. Chordiant orchestrates and automates the end-to-end operational business processes that enable the business from the multiple communications channels that engage customers through to the back-office transactional systems, existing applications and external resources


  • Card Services Chordiant provides a thin-client, role-based, transactional desktop designed for employees managing: the making of card offers, card application processing, issuance, and ongoing servicing. The browser-based desktop enables the deployment of over 80 card-specific business processes for contact center sales and service agents, staff in retail channels such as bank branches, as well as middle and back office employees. Chordiant provides end-to-end, multi-channel, process-driven solutions that leverage and modernize existing processes, systems, applications and data while connecting to third party service providers such as TSYS™, FDR™ and Experian™.


  • Lending Leading institutions and banks have come to realize that there are tremendous similarities that exist across their lines of business focused on lending: credit card, mortgage, consumer lending, small business lending, and commercial lending.
