Our client is looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Assistant/Coordinator with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will 2-3 years in human resources and be eager to move their career to the next level. With you bilingualism in both French and English you will assist this international company in its continued growth.


:: What You Will Do ::

  • Assist with the implementation of new policies and procedure
  • Assist with screening resumes, scheduling interviews, setting up on-line testing
  • Have the ability to meet aggressive Deadlines
  • Prepare termination letters/ employment letters
  • Assist with resolving payroll issues
  • Assist with Benefits and Compensation
  • Schedule meetings; book boardrooms
  • Respond to telephone enquires
  • Develop positive relationships will all levels of the organization
  • Assist in all other related projects as requested.


:: What You Will Bring ::

  • 2-3 years of solid HR experience.
  • University/College degree is a requirement.
  • Ability to implement HR initiatives, and sound knowledge of current HR theory, trends and practices.
  • Excellent team leadership, relationship management, analytical skills, communications and presentation skills.
  • Technical proficiency with PC applications.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment.
  • Bilingual in French a must.
