Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to be the “second right hand” of a Senior Executive. Your primary function is supporting the day-to-day administration of performance contracts, and liaising with buyers & artists.

Our client is a full-service entertainment agency.
:: What You Will Do ::

Provide general administrative support and assistance to Entertainment Agent/ Senior VP.

Maintain reports on Agent expenses, conference invoices etc.
-
Assist with sales calls.
-
Administer performance agreements with Venues/Artists/Union.
-
Maintain current calendars / deposit received/due schedules for assigned represented Artists.

Maintain current performance information / tracking files for assigned Artists.
-
Distribute & review all incoming offers to/with assigned Artists.

Prepare weekly accounting statements for assigned Artists.

Organizing required work permits for assigned Artists.
