The successful candidate will ultimately build trust and relationships with internal teams and clients as well as implement long-term strategies.

:: What You Will Do ::

  • Drive sales to meet company objectives in both Canada and the USA.
  • Develop, coach and manage sales team.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to develop account vision and key objectives.
  • Acquire and maintain a knowledge and understanding of market trends and conditions.
  • Work with a multi-channeled internal team to provide specialist support and a range of after sales service.
  • Establish and leverage a diverse network in order to grow business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales and customer satisfaction forecasts and reviews. Analyze sales and customer satisfaction results to develop and implement specific action plans to recover shortfalls in sales and CSI.
  • Meet with key accounts to review past performance and to ensure commitment to quarterly forecast.


:: What You Will Bring ::

  • A university degree in Business Administration or another related discipline is an asset.
  • Software solution sales experience a must.
  • Hands on individual who will be directly involved in closing sales.
  • Minimum 10 years sales and sales management experience.
