:: Overview ::
The Human Resources department for the new commercial aircraft program is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner. Working in an evolving environment within a matrix structure, the candidate will be called upon to deal with several aspects related to human resources management.

:: What You Will Do ::

Recruiting people with technical skills who demonstrate behaviour aligned with the vision of the business segment and who are flexible enough to work in a multidisciplinary team;

Participate in the business meetings to become familiar with the business realities to be able to anticipate needs rapidly. Prepare follow-up reports on project progress so that readjustments can be made, as needed;
-
Daily management of human resources, applying procedures to make sure all the actions and decisions made are directly aligned with initiatives in talent acquisition, orientation and integration of new employees and exit interviews;

Be part of a cross-functional team and contribute to the definition and implementation of best practices;

Occasional travel may be required.
:: What You Will Bring ::

University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent;

Minimum experience of between 5 and 8 years as a generalist in an evolving environment;

Strong team spirit and an operational and strategic way of thinking;

Demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills, rigor and be results oriented;

At ease in a close governance structure;
-
Proven human resources skills and high level of professionalism;

Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (essential);

Knowledge of SAP HRP (strong asset);

Perfectly bilingual (English and French).
