Our client, who has been in operation for over 35 years, provides electrical services to residential, commercial and industrial customers. The company's offerings include maintenance work, industrial shutdowns, fire alarm systems, motor controls and PLC’s, among others.
:: What You Will Do ::

Effectively manage a small office and its staff by motivating, coaching and conducting follow-ups.

Ensure all timelines are met.

Manage inventory, budgets, scheduling.

Offer excellent customer service.

Manage existing clients and encourage new business and expansion.
:: What You Will Bring ::

Engineering Degree preferable, however a CET or DEC with experience will be considered.

Licensed electrician, with 7 – 10 years experience.

Entrepreneurial with field expertise.

People management skills.

Ability to motivate a team to meet their targets.

Experience with the tendering process.

Excellent organizational capability; essential to control inventory, budgets and manage a staff of over 25 people.

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong leadership skills.

Possess retail knowledge.

Computer literate.

Bilingualism is essential.
