:: Overview ::
Our client is looking for a seasoned Recruitment Advisor, a new position created to establish recruitment strategies and support the Worldwide Operation and Maintenance Division fulfill expansive international growth. You will be working directly with the Executive Vice-President of the division as well as with various Human Resources departments from different international sites.
:: Our Client ::
Our client is a world-leading manufacturer and service provider for the transport industry. They service a diversified international clientele. Their vast line of goods includes transport-passengers as well as integrated transport systems.
:: What You Will Do ::

Report to the Head of Organizational Development;
-
Advise internal clients from various services and sites of the company in America. This will include analysis of the needs for personnel, starting with the identification of required personnel;

Supported by a technician in recruitment, you will manage the search process of management positions: carry out necessary research for recruiting, in particular the setting-up of internal and external posting campaigns supporting the recruitment technician; pre-select résumés; establish the interview process with the internal and external candidates; elaborate interview summaries supporting the internal client’s recommendations;

Supported by the Assistant of the department, the Recruitment Advisor will ensure the coordination and management of antecedents back check as well as the psychometric tests in collaboration with a specialized firm;

Liaise with external agencies; Ensure recruitment networks work in the best interest of the company;

Coordinate and support recruitment activities on North American universities in collaboration with Human Resources departments within company.
:: What You Will Bring ::

Bachelor in a relevant and pertinent field.

Experience of eight years and more in a similar position.

International recruitment experience an asset.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Bilingualism (oral and written).

Team spirit and excellent relational capacities.

Autonomy and able to manage priorities.

Strong analysis skills and an orientation towards the search for solutions.

Proactive in research strategies.

Available to travel 25 % of the time to Toronto and other international areas.
