Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager who will be accountable for the execution of business and technology initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director, Project Management and works with the other PM staff to communicate project management processes to the rest of the organization.

Our client is a wholesale supplier and distributor of retail products.
:: What You Will Do ::
-
Simultaneously manages multiple projects through to successful completion.
-
Working with other Project Managers, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to mediate and resolve program/project level conflicts. Provide impartial view of program issues to senior management.

Creates required deliverables for all projects’ lifecycle phases, including requirements analysis, specifications, cost and resource estimating, project planning, tracking and scheduling, implementation, rollout and maintenance.

Coordinate the activities of inter-company project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and budget.

Manage the change control process.
-
Act as a resource for project management excellence.
-
Interface with 3rd party vendors as required.

Responsible for stimulating Project Management best practices.
:: What You Will Bring ::

University degree.
-
5-10 years of relevant project management experience, ideally from a supply chain background.

PMP designation preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

Excellent presentation, interviewing and interpersonal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple concurrent assignments.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills in order to quickly and effectively identify business needs and solutions.

Well organized, result orientated and able to work with tight deadlines and fixed budgets.

Proficiency in MS Office, Project, and Visio software.
