Reporting to the District Manager, the ideal candidate must hold the Company’s values when taking charge of the Beauty Centre’s operations and guarantee the implementation of all possible means to reach and surpass the store’s sales objectives.

:: What You Will Do ::

  • Guide, reach and surpass the commercial indicators, such as: turnover, identification rate, medium flow, product and service productivity;
  • Guarantee the respect of customer service quality according to established standards (customer acquisition management, customer satisfaction);
  • Responsible for all of team’s Human Resources activities to build a winning team;
  • Make certain that the sales and sales techniques discourse is respected;
  • Communicate the brand’s values in the store;
  • Ensure the correct use of commercial business tools;
  • Respect hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the Beauty Centre;
  • Optimize scheduling productivity (schedule planning);
  • Optimize inventory management (product orders, manages expenses related to the Beauty Centre, keep losses to a minimum, maintain good working order of esthetics equipment);
  • Acts as relay between Head Office and the Beauty Centre team;
  • Assist and participate in merchant associations and develop partnerships with other merchants in the Commercial centre.


:: What You Will Bring ::

  • Possess a DES as well as additional training in Administration or Commercial Management;
  • 2 years of experience in the retail industry;
  • Maintain financial aspects of the position;
  • Functionally bilingual;
  • Professionalism, autonomy, ability to respect standards;
  • Leadership, dynamism, and team motivation;
  • Excellent communication team spirit.
