:: What You Will Do ::

Achieve all key sales/productivity objectives established in the annual plans;

Ensure the store provides a consistent level of customer care which meets or exceeds company service standards by reinforcing standards through effective orientation, coaching and training;

Maximize productivity through effective management of established strategies and efficient use of supporting tools;

Ensure that all corporate polices and procedures are adhered;

Promote teamwork while respecting the company vision;

Effectively manage the inventory through timely and efficient execution of company directives;

Ensure that the store’s visual presentation consistently meets the corporate visual standards;

Minimize loss through effective reinforcement of LP Standards.
:: What You Will Bring ::

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Specialty Fashion Retail Management;

High School/College Diploma;
