The ideal candidate will have proven resource management experience in an interactive agency, a natural multi-tasker, and have great organization and communication skills.

:: What You Will Do ::

Manages systems of production; oversees information and cost management; and develops, maintains and enables standards processes and policies.

Assign and distribute detailed project schedules to ensure smooth work flow and efficient distribution of resources within the Production and Developer teams.

Schedule multiple resources with different disciplines (creative, technical, content) across a variety of projects.

Liaise with project producers and clients (internal and external) to understand individual project needs and resource requirements
-
Manage, monitor and forecast resource requirements for Interactive, and provide post-analysis and reconciliation of budgeted time/costs.

Develop and maintain a system for proper reporting of hours to be used by department.

Ability to schedule projects and staff time accurately

Ability to track the workload of a number of resources and allocate tasks to appropriate individuals in a way that maximizes the time available

Understanding of systems to be able to administer job tracking and time recording systems and produce client and management reporting

Ability to assess individual strengths and weaknesses to get the best out of individuals within the team and maintain high morale

Effective Communication skills to ensure everyone understands the priorities and that clients’ expectations are made clear

In-depth understanding of web production techniques and project lifecycles.
