VON Canada invites confidential applications to the position of Executive Director serving the community of Perth Huron.
:: Our Client ::
VON is a not-for-profit, national health care organization and registered charity offering a wide range of community health care solutions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
:: What You Will Do ::
-
Able to build strategic alliances with government and community service providers.
-
Ensuring provision of cost-effective services.
-
Working within a Quality Management framework.
-
Coaching & motivating staff to maximize their potential.
-
Supporting local volunteer board and committees.
-
Able to work with multiple volunteer advisory boards and committees.
-
Able to work with various stakeholders, such as CCAC, LHINS, MOH.
:: What You Will Bring ::

A visionary, innovative leader who enjoys working with an empowered team of managers, staff and volunteers.

An excellent communicator with a participative style of management.
-
A strong leader with excellent financial, marketing, business development and operational skills.

Qualified at a Master Degree level in Business Administration, Health Care or equivalent experience.

A seasoned leader with five or more years in senior management including demonstrated success in program development, fund development and community relations.

Extensive experience (5+ years) and knowledge of the healthcare system
