:: Overview ::
Our client is looking for a Property Manager, Industrial & Retail who is a multi-tasker, customer focused and detail oriented.
:: Our Client ::
Our client is a Property Management company based in Toronto.
:: What You Will Do ::
-
Day to day operation of the properties;
-
All Tenant and Supplier correspondence;
-
Work with accounting department regarding payables and receivables;
-
Ensure proper follow-up on renewals, rent step-ups, new charges, etc.
-
Co-ordinate all purchases for sites, and insure that established purchase order/contract systems are complied with, in conjunction with the budget;
-
Monthly and quarterly reporting, creating of budgets and account reconciliations
-
Maintain an up-to-date listing of Tenant contact information for all projects.
-
Prepare construction budgets for leasing opportunities;
-
Co-ordinate and oversee the necessary construction/build out of new Tenant space;
-
Foster energy management programs, having regard for hydro deregulation;
-
On-call responsibilities for all projects within your portfolio;
-
All other tasks and duties required of a Commercial Property Manager;
:: What You Will Bring ::

5-7 years experience within industrial/retail portfolios
-
RPA Designation preferred
-
Excellent time management, project management and customer service skills
