:: Overview ::

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Territory Managers meet sales objectives and for ensuring that the company’s philosophies are communicated by the Territory Managers to customers and their clients. You must have at least one or two years experience in supervising sales staff.

:: What You Will Do ::

  • Participates in the process of setting volume, distribution, listing and merchandising objectives and monitors the progress towards these objectives.
  • Manages and controls regional accounts.
  • Researches and identifies large veterinary practices and develops the sales approach to land the account.
  • Develops and prepares timely reports on territory activity and competitor activity so that Territory Managers can track their performance.
  • Responsible for the development of people resources under their control: Provides coaching and guidance, recruits, selects, and provides discipline and termination to employees, with the consultation of the National Sales Manager, Veterinary Services.


:: What You Will Bring ::

  • Completion of a University Degree. A Science Degree would be an asset.
  • 3-5 years experience in health sciences sales industry sector with 1-2 years experience supervising staff.
  • Proven experience using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem solving, strategic business thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills
