:: Overview ::

Our client is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing the highest level of talent acquisition services. This critical role delivers high quality campus, professional and executive-level candidates, networking within the business community. You will perform full lifecycle recruiting, maintain strong relations with hiring managers and candidates. This is a strategic role that requires short and long term recruiting vision and business understanding.

:: What You Will Do ::

  • Provide exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting, including job description creation, resume screening, prescreening interviews, candidate summary presentations to hiring managers, offer negotiation/presentation and reference checking facilitation for all experienced professional and campus hires.
  • Confer with senior leadership to identify resource needs, ensuring alignment with strategies and internal programs
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, vendors, community organizations, universities and other team members to create partnerships that yield success, predictable results and credibility.
  • Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
  • Create and foster relationships with universities and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit students, alumni and diversity candidates
  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
  • Provide training and guidance to hiring managers to ensure consistency in approach to selection process


:: What You Will Bring ::

  • 8-10 years worth of experience with full lifecycle recruitment, preferably having worked within the professional and/or financial services industry.
  • An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal implications, relationship management, and due diligence.
  • RPR, CHRP or related discipline credential(s) preferred
  • Must have strong research abilities along with demonstrated success in direct recruiting
  • Knowledge and extensive past use of a server-based applicant tracking system
  • Excellent project management, writing and oral communication skills are required
  • Ability to present new recruiting concepts to Partners.
  • Ability to build search assignment abstracts from client engagement discussions
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit on a national, multi-location level
