We have been engaged by our client – an international residential property management organization – to fill the crucial role of Property Manager for Central Toronto.


:: Our Client ::

Our client is an international residential property management organization.


:: What You Will Do ::

  • Approve/reject leases
  • Follow up with assistance of Revenue Specialist on rent collections (AR)
  • Manage renewals process
  • Identify, report and action potential liability (ie. environmental/tenant/legal, etc)
  • Ensure tribunal action initiated and followed up (appearance if necessary)
  • Tenant file compliance
  • Letter of Acknowledgements (LOA), Applications, etc
  • Work order completion and timing
  • Assist in the implementation of corporate special projects
  • Completion of site visit checklist
  • Take action on vacancy
  • Manage the process of getting apartments rent ready
  • Responsible to review and action reports on a scheduled basis
  • Resident Relations; Ensure high level of resident satisfaction and resolve inquiries
  • Perform physical site inspections of properties and suites
  • Hiring & training of staff, performance reviews
  • Review and make recommendations to maximize rent table potential
  • Follow up on building LOA – ensure Life & Safety Policies adhered to
  • Identify, report and action potential liability (ie. life and safety)
  • Audit of fire/life safety


:: What You Will Bring ::

  • University/college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred of at least three years experience in property management
  • Experience in staff management and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership ability and customer services skills
  • Outstanding problem solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills
