Service Commitment

Your search will be managed by an expert consultant with extensive and up-to-date knowledge of your marketplace. In addition to conducting your search through targeted, direct recruitment, your consultant has access to our substantial candidate database and top job boards. Qualified candidates will be invited to our office for professional interviewing and skills assessment. Expect to receive helpful briefs on each short-listed candidate. To give you peace of mind about your final choice, a thorough background check of the candidate’s education and 5-year employment history, as well as professional reference checks will be conducted. At your discretion, the job offer and negotiation can also be handled by your consultant. After the hire, we will follow up with you and the candidate to discuss their transition into your organization.

wwwork! Search Guarantee

With wwwork! Search, you can be confident that you will make the right hire – guaranteed. You are invoiced for wwwork! Search services only after confirmation of the hired candidate's first day of employment. If during the 90-day guarantee period, the hired candidate leaves your company’s employ, we will find a qualified replacement at no cost to your company, on a one-time basis only.

In the event of relocation of position, downsizing, layoff, resignation due to material changes in the position, and/ or terms of condition of employment, other than for which the candidate was hired, we will be under no obligation to provide a replacement.

In the event that we are unable to replace the hired candidate for any reason, we will credit your company’s account 50% of the search fee charged. This credit will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.
 
 
wwwork! Search Fee

wwwork! Search fees are calculated as a percentage of the hired candidate’s estimated first year compensation, or annualized hourly rate. Fee discounts are available, and are based on job classification and the volume of hires confirmed.
