Mandrake COO Bill Holland is excited to announce the opening of wwwork!com, the company’s new staffing business. wwwork!com incorporates web-based technology to provide faster and more efficient recruitment, selection and hiring services.
"In today's marketplace, clients expect faster response times without compromising quality," said Holland. "Our new web-based recruitment technology will help us better meet client requirements by increasing hiring effectiveness while reducing overall recruitment costs."
Consultants will initially focus on call centre staffing. This fast-paced, high growth market makes it a prime entry point for wwwork!com to cut its teeth. From there, wwwork!com plans to develop business with key clients in various industries and functional areas including B2B and consumer sales.
As a subsidiary of Mandrake, wwwork!com is independently operated and staffed with its own search consultants. As the founding partner, Holland will lead Mandrake’s interest in wwwork!com. Additional colleagues will join the team over the next few weeks, with plans to have at least 15 wwwork!com colleagues in place over the next several years.
