Bill Holland, President & CEO of wwwork!com, is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick McLean as Executive Vice President & General Manager of wwwork! Quebec.
“Patrick is an experienced and dynamic leader”, says Bill Holland, “and I am confident that he will be instrumental in helping us achieve our objective of robust growth in regions outside the Greater Toronto Area.”
McLean has been a consultant at Mandrake in Quebec since 1999 and now joins wwwork! to build out of its search business in the Quebec region, which is an important marketplace for wwwork! in its national expansion strategy. His goal will be to build and lead a team of consultants who effectively anticipate customer needs and respond with superior customer service.
“What a great opportunity”, says McLean, “to be part of an established, well-branded company such as wwwork!, in an entrepreneurial capacity. I am eager to build our new and drive the continued success of wwwork! in the Quebec region.”
McLean plans to grow his search team to five consultants over the next year, with a focus on finance, operations, technology and manufacturing. Once the Montreal division is established, Patrick plans to expand into the Ottawa region.
