Our client is looking for a Associate Customer Relationship Manager to profitably grow existing accounts through the creation deeper and broader business partnerships with clients. You will manage/lead all elements of client relationships and serve as the secondary contact (sales, primary contact) with decision-makers at client organizations.

:: Vos responsabilités ::

  • Proactive, consultative selling: understand client’s business needs, identify existing products/services to meet the client’s needs, and present a compelling case for the client participation.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by thoroughly understanding the client’s critical requirements.
  • Provide account team leadership – serve as the point person for the account, establish and implement an account strategy and conduct account reviews.
  • Assist the sales force in closing deals with prospects.


:: Qualifications & Compétences ::

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Client focus – focuses externally on the needs of the client by providing insight into the underlying or future needs of the client in ways that drive the client’s business; recognizes business opportunities/needs that the client does not see and provides solutions.
  • Influence – gains support and buy-in from others, drawing on a wide variety of influence approaches to convince clients of the company’s value.
  • Initiative – proactively identifies a problem, obstacle, or opportunity and takes action to address current or future problems or opportunities. Consistently finds ways to improve performance, committing significant time and energy to increasing the company’s business within the client organization.
  • Entrepreneurial orientation – thinks strategically to develop new opportunities to deepen the partnership with clients.
  • Problem solving – leverages insight and experience to understand the client’s unique business needs and to identify how the company can deliver value. Team orchestration – understands the complexities of the company and works to leverage its different areas in the best interest of the client; aligns conflicting internal perspectives to create win-wins for the different parts of the company as well as the client; promotes collaboration.
  • Team building – motivates and energizes others to achieve and establish joint purpose and enabling outstanding group performance.
  • Client savvy – understands and leverages the power relationships in client organizations.
