Act as Project Leader on recruitment projects, providing project planning and client management support to ensure the successful completion of search contracts.

Act as Consultant on specific recruitment projects where expertise is required, providing end-to-end project management support to ensure the successful completion contracts.

Contribute to the development of account plans, recruitment objectives, service objectives, etc.
:: Qualifications & Compétences ::

Search industry experience is a must.
-
Knowledge of markets: companies, brands, functions and people.

Technical skills within the sales function.
-
Effective networking and acquisition ‘selling’ skills.

Effective research technique.
-
Ability to effectively recruit candidates.

Excellent customer relationship management skills.
-
Excellent project management skills: planning, time management and organization.

Self-starter; has a do-it-now-attitude…makes-things-happen.
