Our client is looking for a Distribution Centre Manager who is a dynamic high performance driven individual with a strong level of business acumen to manage the main distribution hub. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of a high level of quality, service and value to our customers. You will rely on your leadership, teamwork and management skills to create and maintain a strong partnership with the supply chain team.

:: Vos responsabilités ::

Suggest new ideas for problem resolution, and system and process optimization.

Efficiently manage financial resources within established budgetary parameters.

Evaluate the results of your team according to performance indicators (KPI).

Develop succession plans for each key position.

Develop trustworthy business relationships with all contributors.

Build and manage the team with emphasis on coaching, development and training.

Support employees in their development.
-
Identify new business opportunities and optimize all efforts to support our internal customers.

Develop partnerships internally, nationally and internationally.

Provide excellent customer service.

Contribute to pricing strategies.
-
Identify and integrate market trends and adapt timely strategies.

Use a hands-on approach to ensure day-to-day needs are met and obstacles removed to ensure success.
:: Qualifications & Compétences ::

Experience within the field of logistics, administration, transportation

Minimum 7-10 years of supply chain experience.

Leadership and team building skills.

Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

Desire and ability to work in a high paced, hands-on environment.

Ability to develop, implement and support new initiatives.
-
Motivated for self and team development.

Great flexibility regarding hours of operation.

Computer literate with utilization of MS office and warehousing technological and management systems.
